We use the information you provide about yourself when undertaking contracted consultancy services, to complete specific service instruction, registering training and booking. We may, in some cases, may use legitimate interest to ensure performance of a contract i.e. sharing data with relevant regulatory bodies in the case of accident reporting.

Your information may be accessed internally by any member of the administrative or consultancy teams to perform a range of tasks from organisation of an appointment related to contracted consultancy services to attendance at a training event. Additionally, third parties with appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data who are engaged in our IT support will have access to information.

We will at no time share information with third party without a lawful purpose where appropriate or the correct consent has been given.
